A two-day deep dive into the powerful emotions of anger, guilt, and shame through the lens Nonviolent Communication (NVC). These emotions can deeply shape our relationships, self-image, and choices — often leaving us reactive, disconnected, or stuck in painful patterns. In this workshop, we will explore how to relate to these experiences with greater awareness, honesty, and compassion.
Together we will investigate the needs, beliefs, and protective strategies underneath anger, guilt, and shame. Through interactive exercises, guided reflection, dialogue, and real-life practice, participants will develop practical skills for transforming blame, self-criticism, and emotional overwhelm into connection, clarity, and choice. The workshop will include both personal inner work and communication tools.
This workshop is suitable for people wanting deeper emotional self-understanding, healthier relationships, and greater emotional freedom. It is especially valuable for coaches, therapists, facilitators, educators, and anyone interested in living NVC more fully in daily life. No previous NVC experience is required, though those familiar with NVC are likely to find new depth and nuance in this exploration.
